DENGAN PERILAKU MARAH PADA GURU  HONORER

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara stres masa depan dengan perilaku marah pada guru honorer. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif stres terhadap masa depan dengan perilaku marah pada guru honorer. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honorer yang masih aktif mengajar di sekolah dasar negeri Kecamatan Pageruyung Kendal. Dalam penelitian ini, 31 guru honorer dijadikan try out, dan 48 guru honorer dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah incindental sampling, dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala stres masa depan dan skala perilaku marah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi rxy = 0,771 dengan p= 0,000 (p < 0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara stres terhadap masa depan dengan perilaku marah pada guru honorer di Kecamatan Pageruyung, Kendal. Artinya semakin tinggi stres terhadap masa depan maka semakin tinggi perilaku marah pada guru honorer, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah stres terhadap masa depan, maka semakin rendah perilaku marahnya. Dengan demikian, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRESS OF FUTURE AND ANGER BEHAVIOUR

ON NOT-OFFICIALLY-CONFIRMED TEACHER


Abstract

This study aimed to empirically determine the relationship between stress of the future and the anger behavior on not-officially-confirmed teacher. The proposed hypothesis was there is a positive relationship with stress toward the future and anger behavior on not-officially-confirmed teacher. Subjects of the research in this study was not-officially-confirmed teacher who were still actively teaching at primary schools in Pageruyung District, Kendal. In this study, 31 not-officially-confirmed teachers as try out samples, and 48 not-officially-confirmed teachers for study samples. The incindental sampling was used for this study. Data analysis employed product moment correlation technique. The data analysis resulted in obtained correlation value rxy = 0,771 whereas p = 0.000 (p<0,01). This suggested there was very significant positive relationship between stress toward the future and the anger behavior of not-officially-confirmed teachers. It meant that the higher stress toward the future, the more anger behavior on not-officially-confirmed teachers would shown, and vice versa, the lower stress toward the future, the less anger behavior on them. Thus, the hypothesis  of  this study was accepted.
